Abuse Charges dropped against former WWE wrestler Brian Blair

Source: ProWrestling.Net – Tampa Bay Online is reporting that Florida prosecutors have dropped all charges against Brian Blair, former WWE Killer Bees Tag Team Wrestler. Blair had been charged with child abuse following a fight he had with his two sons in the early morning on Father’s Day.
Tampa Online notes that prosecutors felt that Blair could argue he was only disciplining his sons for breaking their curfew, as the State of Florida law allows parents to use corporal punishment to discipline children as long it is not in an excessive manner. Prosecutor also make the point that Blair took the brunt of the injuries in the fight with sons Brett, 17, and Bradley, 14; though none suffered by anyone was considered “substantial or excessive.”
