Chris Jericho comments on overseas tour & Jake “The Snake” Roberts on tour with the circus

Chris Jericho posted on his Twitter page by saying that he was being held at the airport in Manila, Philippines after the WWE SmackDown/ECW crews arrived for their show on Friday evening. The SmackDown and ECW brands are scheduled for a house show event in Manila at the Araneta Coliseum. Jericho said the following: “Sitting in some sort of holding area in the manilla airport for the past hour…. The evil wrestlers are in town.”
Jake “The Snake” Roberts and former WWE wrestler Kizarny is touring with “The Jim Rose Circus.” They will be in Salt Lake City, Utah this Sunday July 12th at Club Vegas. Kizarny has returned to his roots as a carnival worker and will challenge Jake Roberts to a fight as part of the circus act. Roberts says he is looking forward to trying something new. Roberts was quoted in the Salt Lake Tribune as saying, “It’s breaking new ground for me…I’ve done the same thing for 34 years, so maybe it’s time I try something new. It’s going to be different, but great.” Performers Jim Rose, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, SiNN Bodhi, Bebe the Circus Queen and the world’s largest touring albino Burmese python (22 feet, 160 pounds). Tickets are $15.00.
