Former WWE Wrestler Andrew “Test” Martin Found Dead At Age 33

By : Posted on

According to multiple reports, former WWE wrestler Andrew “Test” Martin passed away yesterday at his apartment
in Tampa.

He was just four days shy of his 34th birthday.

Tampa police confirmed the death in the condo, but wouldn’t indentify the name. However, numerous sources within wrestling have confirmed it to be him.

No details regarding his death were reported.

In February 2007, Martin was suspended by World Wrestling Entertainment due to a violation of the company’s drug testing policy and released from his contract shortly thereafter. Martin made a few appearances for TNA Wrestling later in the year and often talked about retiring from the business, but has made several appearances overseas since then, including working a match in Japan last month. Martin was scheduled to head to Europe for a wrestling tour in Europe on Monday.
