ThePittsburgChannel.com and WrestleView.com is reporting that after some discussions Trenesha Biggers [Rhaka Khan] withdrew her request for protection which in turn was vacated by the court. Angle also responded to the allegation of an Indirect Criminal Contempt of the order from August of this year. That allegation of contempt was dismissed. Included in the agreement is a statement that no finding of fault was made for the conduct Biggers alleged to have occurred.
