Report: Comcast Cable interested in WWE Networks USA, SyFy, etc.

It is being reported that Comcast Cable is interested in a 51 percent stake in NBC Universal’s lucrative national cable networks, including USA (which airs WWE RAW), Bravo, SyFy (which airs WWE’s ECW), MSNBC and CNBC. GE previously held 80 percent of NBC Universal. Minority owner Vivendi SA is selling its stake for $5.8 billion. Comcast is spending $13.75 billion in cash and assets for its stake.
