Rumor of a new TNA show, Tommy Dreamer confirms injury & RAW scores big ratings
Published August 11th, 2009 in Headlines
Various sources are reporting that there has been recent talks of a separate TNA X-Division show on SPIKE TV, but nothing has been confirmed.
In a recent blog posted on the WWE Universe site, Tommy Dreamer has confirmed he was injured during his ECW title match with Christian at Night of Champions. Dreamer wrote the following: “I did suffer an injury when Christian hit me with a crutch and the butterfly screw went right into my triceps (I will post the pictures soon) I can barely lift my arm and have a nice puncture wound. My knuckles, fingers, back, eye and head are all bruised bad. I truly was in one hell of a fight.”
Neilson Ratings show that Monday Night’s Episode of WWE Raw averaged a 3.8 rating, which was up 7.0 percent from the previous week’s show hosted by Jeremy Piven and Dr. Ken. Raw averaged a first hour 3.6 and second hour 4.0 to finish #1 among adults and males 18-49 for the night. The two-hour show averaged 5.49 million viewers, which was up 7.6 percent from last week’s estimated viewership of 5.11 million viewers.
