This past Thursday’s TNA IMPACT was the lowest rated episode since August 14, 2008. The show ended with a final 0.93 cable rating (or 1.3 million viewers). The show peaked in the third quarter hour for the Knockouts tag team match, in which the rating climbed to 0.97, then fell after that to 0.87. IMPACT did go head to head with the first regular season NFL game on NBC which drew 20 million viewers.
According to a report by the UK Sun, former WWE Diva Kristal Marshall, 25 maybe signing a deal with TNA Wrestling in the near future. Last month, the wife of Bobby Lashley teased a possible debut soon by posting the following on her Twitter account: “I’m gonna make a debut soon… Where could it be” Marshall last appeared in a wrestling ring in September 2007, taking part in a huge wedding angle. Thus, the WWE would then quietly release Marshall from her contract just a few weeks later. On another note, there are reports that TNA is looking to more Knockouts to the roster over the next several months.
