Update on Edge, Goldust, Lance Hoyt and WWE pay-per views

WrestlingInc.com is reporting that the Edge injury WWE SD! event in San Diego is real. The early word is that Edge has either some kind of ankle injury or even possibly an Achilles tendon injury. Edge had been working through several injuries as of late.
WrestlingInc.com is reporting after a solid run of television appearances with Hornswoggle, Goldust’s status remains in question following his move to the ECW Brand. In the eyes of WWE officials, he’s been on the bubble ever since his return to the company last November.
WrestlingInc.com is reporting former TNA talent and now current WWE developmental wrestler Lance Hoyt wrestled recently at the Florida Championship Wrestling television tapings in Tampa. He is wrestling as “Lance Archer.”
