Update on Jeff Hardy Legal Issues

By : WrestlingDotCom News Posted on

Our sources are reporting that next for Jeff Hardy’s legal problems will be a probable cause hearing on November 4th in the Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, North Carolina. The hearing will determine if Hardy committed a crime and if he, Hardy, committed it. If it is determined that he did commit a crime, it will then go on to a Grand Jury where evidence would be reviewed and a decision would be made on whether or not to criminally indict him on the various drug-related charges he was arrested for on September 11th
