WWE Announces First Slammy Award Winners
Published December 8th, 2008 in Headlines
WWE.com has begun announcing winners for tonight’s Slammy Awards.
– Smackdown’s Vladimir Kozlov has won “Breakout Star of 2008″, beating out Evan Bourne, Ted DiBiase and Kofi Kingston.
– Smackdown’s R-Truth has won “Best Musical Performance” for his rapping ring entrance, winning over Edge, Santino Marella and John Morrison & The Miz.
WWE will also announce “Best WWE.com Exclusive”, “Announce Team of the Year” and “Best Impersonation” later this evening before RAW goes on the air.
