- Batista def. Matt Hardy.
- Vickie Guerrero was announced as Vince McMahon’s official consultant on Smackdown.

- John Morrison def. Dolph Ziggler in a best of three falls match to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
- Mickie James def. Layla.
